REFUND POLICY
Cancellations will be accepted in writing or via e-mail only, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received by the 30st June 2018 will receive a full 100% refund. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after the 30th June to the 31st July 2018 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after the 31st July 2018. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be legible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend the event. No refunds will be given should the event be cancelled for any reason whatsoever. All refund requests must be made by the riders only. All refund requests payments will be made by the organization, iSimangaliso MTB Adveture Tour’s account. Refunds will be credited back to the riders provided bank account details. These above policies apply to all riders at the iSimangaliso MTB Adventure Tour, unless otherwise noted in event materials. Please read all individual materials thoroughly for any specific policies. No entries will be allowed to carry over to the following year. Rider substitution are available up and until the 31st of July 2018. Please know that an additional admin fee will be charged.
